Yellow birch lightly spalted with black lines, blonde patches, and a small streak of black and blonde variegation. A glimpse of red heartwood wraps around one end of the subtly angled rim.

A slightly irregular patch has been intentional preserved with only the bark being removed and natural surfaced softened.
