AT SEASON’S END

There is something particularly beautiful about the garden at the end of the season. The flowers are a little wilder, the stems have taken on unexpected shapes, and everything feels especially precious knowing frost isn’t far.

Join us for At Season’s End, a floral arranging workshop celebrating the last abundance of the summer garden.

We’ll spend the morning working with flowers gathered from my garden, learning a few foundational principles of floral design while focusing less on rules and more on paying attention…following the natural movement of a stem, playing with shape and negative space (unless your more of a maximalist).

Each guest will receive a simple handmade vessel that I’ve made especially for the workshop, along with an abundance of seasonal blooms to arrange in it. Your finished arrangement and vessel are yours to take home.

And, as always, there will be something good to eat and drink while we make. Our morning will include pastries from Red House Sweets and a drink from Catalyst Coffee Bar.
